Return & Refund Policy

1. Exchange and Return Policy

1.1 Products delivered for more than 7 days are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
1.2 Undergarments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in adherence to hygiene standards.
1.3 Eternauxe reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request for any product or order at its discretion.
1.4 Exchange will be provided for the same product only (e.g., size or defect-related issues). If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product, the price difference must be paid by the customer, and no refund will be issued for lower-value exchanges.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and verified at our warehouse.
2.2 The refund amount will, by default, be credited to the account wallet or returned to the primary mode of payment used during purchase.
2.3 For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund amount will only be credited to the account wallet and cannot be transferred to another payment method.
2.4 Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of successful return verification. However, in case of bank holidays or bank server issues, the refund may be delayed.


3. Referral Points, Bonus, and Cashback

3.1 No referral points, bonus, or cashback will be awarded to either the referrer or referee if the referred order is canceled, exchanged, or returned.
3.2 Eternauxe reserves the right to modify or discontinue any referral program without prior notice.


4. Order Cancellations

4.1 Eternauxe retains the sole right to cancel any order without prior intimation or communication for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment discrepancies, or policy violations.
4.2 Customers will be notified via email or phone in the event of a canceled order, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
